While detoxing from parasites and other things, it occurred to me it might help to help pull things out with a nice mask on my face. Bentonite clay is a natural product, it should not be used with metals, so don’t use a metal bowl or silverware with it.

Since skin is the largest organ in the human body it needs exfoliated.  Along the lines of ridding things from our system that don’t belong in there, our fascia, the covering around our entire bodies that acts like tight saran wrap unless we loosen it up with movement through our lymph system. Basically toxins that get in us need to get out. When they get to your face and want out you get blackheads etc.. so here is how I do it with facials.

All of this combines to keep things flowing out of our bodies, that should be in there.

Ingredients from most to least (I winged it)

  1. Bentonite Clay
  2. ACV
  3. Raw Honey (optional)

In recent days I’ve been trying to detox my body again, so to speak, to eliminate anything that might not belong in there. Many years ago I did a Detox [Read about it here] that got rid of years of infections that antibiotics didn’t fix. The main ingredient was spirulina, but it was a process and I followed a nutritional book.  That led to a neti pot to keep my sinus passages and frontal lobe clean of allergens and other things we might breathe in.

After leaving this mask on my face for at least a half an hour skin is very smooth afterwards.

This is not medical advice all of these things are natural and can be found in nature stores and grocery aisles. These are natural solutions and stories about what I’ve tried and what has worked for me.

More on other issues to come, including:

  1. Switching my dogs to raw food diet
  2. Why do my fleece clothes ignite green sparks when they rub together? Back to 100% cotton, silk, linen only. Nothing with micro or plastic (polyester) whatsoever.
  3. Copper – benefits
  4. LED lights and other silent disturbers
  5. kimchi
