Face Mask

Lately there is a lot of talk about nanoparticles. Without getting too specific and focusing on where they come from, this is more about trying to combat the issue.

Ingredients from most to least (I winged it)

1. Bentonite Clay
2. ACV
3. Natural Glycerin
4. Raw Honey
5. Oil of Oregano – 100% pure
6. Oil of Rosemary – 100% pure

FIRST MISTAKE IN PHOTO – I forgot about not using metal spoon!  You are not supposed to use metal it will affect the charge of the bentonite clay. Wood spoon only.

MORE INGREDIENTS TO ADD – will try and add results

• Diatomaceous Earth

It came to my attention that we are consuming these in various forms and methods. In recent days I’ve been trying to detox my body, so to speak, to eliminate anything that might be living in there. Many years ago I did a Detox [Read about it here] that got rid of years of infections that antibiotics didn’t fix. That led to a neti pot to keep my sinus passages and frontal lobe clean of allergens and other things we might breathe in.

After leaving this mask on my face for at least a half an hour I rubbed the mixture off over top of a bowl. Skin is very smooth afterwards.

Incidentally there has been ringing or buzzing going on in my ears. In trying to address this, the face mask along with a body cleanse (to come) via a bath soak, will be next. As the water here is not necessarily safe without filters this takes me more time without a hot water heater, so this is yet to come.

To test a theory, and being a bit behind on the effects of EMFs and etc. I am doing another test here. Unplugged. All of the LED lights, out of here. Strings of those lights in here, gone. In one day, between these two things, along with my neti pot regiment, this buzzing has nearly stopped. It started a few months ago and has to do with some clouds. I’ll leave it at that.
